Kendall Schmidt (voiceover): Last week on the DWTSGame, things got groovy as our remaining celebrities each danced to hit songs of the 80’s! Last week saw our Week 1 top scorer reclaim his first place position, as well as our blonde bombshell sustain an injury and lower scores, and also our Dallas underdog score his first 10! In the end, the hopeful Clive Owen and the crowd-pleasing Ryan Lane were sent home!

Brittany Brannon (voiceover): This week, our stars have gone country, as everyone’s dances are set to the hootin’ tunes of country music! Will we see some of our best performances yet this season? Time to find out! LIVE! This is Dancing with the Stars!

The opening sequence is shown. Jan and Corky do an elegant spin. Dez and Kym do a fierce, sexy pose. Nicolas and Edyta spin and smile. Sofia and Alec twirl delicately. Fran and Tristan do a few quick cheeky moves. Joseph and Peta perform a spin-lift. We look down on Mariska and Tony from an above-view camera. Amber and Val do a hot and sultry pose. Ryan performs a Tango hold with Natalie. George stands provocatively with Karina on his shoulder. Melissa comically throws her leg over Louis’s leg from behind him. Nicki kicks her leg up and Mark catches it in his hand. Sasha does a smooth pose with Cheryl. Clive twirls Anna in a 360-degree spin. Pitbull nods his head and dances casually behind Jeanine. Jorma holds Joy in a Tango pose. Lindsey kicks her leg over Derek’s arm and leans forward. Kristen does a Cha-Cha spin with Maksim. The DWTSGame logo is then show.

Brittany: Hello, and welcome to the DWTSGame! I’m Brittany Brannon!
Kendall: And I’m Kendall Schmidt! Well, dog gone’it, it’s Country Week here on the DWTSGame, and our couples have each prepared thrilling country routines for you to raise a glass to!
Brittany: Haha! Nice puns, Kendall! Anyways, please welcome our stars!

The stars come down the moving staircases in this order: Sasha Mitchell, Fran Drescher, Amber Heard, Jan Brewer, Dez Bryant, Nicki Minaj, Mariska Hargitay, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Kendall: Ah, looks like we’ll be seeing some crazy square dances this week! Who’s up first tonight, Brittany?
Brittany: Tonight’s first contestant is the man whose 80’s themed Foxtrot impressed two of our judges, yet left a bitter taste in the third one’s mouth! With a country routine this week, will this Cowboy really ride? Its NFL star Dez Bryant and his partner Kym Johnson!

In Dez’s video, he is glad that his lowered score did not send him and Kym home last week! He aims to please all three judges will an Elvis-inspired Jive that Kym admits “Dez is learning phenomenally”! Dez says that this week, Joseph better watch his back!

Voiceover: Dancing the Jive, Dez Bryant and his partner, Kym Johnson.

Dez is in a blue dress shirt and black vest, with blue shoes; Kym is in a small blue outfit. They dance to “Blue Suede Shoes” by Elvis Presley. Once finished, they walk over to Kendall.

Kendall: Go Dez! Wow! Loved it! Judges, please tell us your comments, starting with Head Judge, Natalie Sanders!
Natalie: Dez - that was so much fun! Your feet were fast and furious and your kicks went in all the right places! You seemed to have the most fun ever out there, and really, I think it was your best dance yet!
Tony: Well Dez, I have to say, I didn't think you'd be that great at the Jive. I was obviously wrong! I disagree with Natalie, I think you lost timing a few times, and it was obvious when they were kicks, but you're getting better! Keep it up!
Valerie: Wow, Dez, wow! I was certain you were heading out last week, and I told it to you, even though I didn't want it to happen, because I love you as a dancer, you're so fun, and this dance showed it! THAT will keep you here, keep going like that, so proud of you Dez!
Kendall: Nice comments to start the week with! Guys, please go up to Brittany in the skybox for your scores! Brittany?

Brittany begins talking as Dez and Kym arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thanks Kendall! Dez, did being from the Dallas Cowboys help you get the country feel of your Jive this week?
Dez: Being a Cowboy really did help me become a cowboy! Ha. I already enjoy country music and to dance to an Elvis song is awesome!
Brittany: I hope you enjoyed yourself! Let’s get your scores!

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

Valerie Hashburntar: 9
Natalie Sanders: 9
Tony Klespis: 8

TOTAL: 26/30

Brittany: 26 points! Awesome scores for you guys! Great job! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thank you, Brittany! Next up tonight is the woman that left all the gimmicks at home and danced a Quickstep that got the judges raving and earned her her first encore of the season! Can she make more magic this week? Its rapper Nicki Minaj and her partner Mark Ballas!

In Nicki’s video, she was honored to get her first encore of the season last week, and she wants more – a lot more! This week, Nicki must learn to channel her emotions and dazzle with her footwork with a country themed Waltz. Mark tells Nicki that she’s improving, and Nicki is excited to do this dance!

Voiceover: Dancing the Waltz, Nicki Minaj and her partner, Mark Ballas.

Nicki has curly blonde hair and is in a white gown; Mark is in a white dress shirt with black vest and tie. They dance to “Back To December” by Taylor Swift. Once finished they walk to Kendall.

Kendall: Wow Nicki! I couldn’t believe that was you out there! WOW! Haha! Judges, what did you think? Tony?
Tony: Oh Nicki! Such a gorgeous routine! Technically, it was perfect. There was just one thing that didn't make this a 10 for me: your face. I saw one tiny instance when your eyes widened in fear like you had forgotten something, even though you hadn't. Like I told Amber last week, confidence is key! Keep it up!
Valerie: Nicki, this was a great dance and it was filled with the romance and passion it needs. I'll take a little 'Minaj' reference here and say you're like a little Roman and Juliet! Haha! And Roman has reloaded tonight for a spectacular performance, with his lovely princess, all I have to say is well done.
Natalie: Nicki, yet another buckled down week! You seize to amaze me, girl! It was the sweetest, deepest, and most emotional we’ve seen you all season. You didn’t overperform at all and you played the part just right, not to mention that your lines and glides were dazzling! Amazing!
Kendall: Wow, some of your best comments ever! Please head on up to Brittany! Brittany?

Brittany begins talking as Nicki and Mark arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thanks, Kendall! Nicki, you’re a very hip-hop oriented person. Was it odd to dance to country music this week?
Nicki: I think, really, it depended on the music I got, so I’m so glad my girl Taylor Swift backed me up! Ha!
Brittany: Well, congratulations on a marvelous dance! Now it’s time to get your scores.

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

Valerie Hashburntar: 9
Natalie Sanders: 10
Tony Klespis: 9

TOTAL: 28/30

Brittany: 28 points! Your first 10 of the season, Nicki! Super proud, girl! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thanks Brit! Next up tonight is the woman who seriously entertained with her cheeky and original Cha-Cha to a Madonna classic last week! This week, with a country theme, will she continue to impress? Its actress Mariska Hargitay and her partner Tony Dovolani!

In Mariska’s video, she is a little nervous to dance to country music this week – she’s a complete city girl, so dancing to country music will throw her out of her element! Tony is confident that Mariska can master the tenderness needed for this Rumba. Although scared, Mariska says she’s gonna do her best this week!

Voiceover: Dancing the Rumba, Mariska Hargitay and her partner, Tony Dovolani.

Mariska is in a light blue drape-like dress; Tony is in an unbuttoned light blue dress shirt. They dance to “Another Day In Paradise” by Phil Vassar. Once finished, they walk to Kendall.

Kendall: Mariska, you’re gonna make me cry! Haha! Let’s see if the judges thought the same. Valerie?
Valerie: Wow, this was very, very romantic. Mariska, one comment I usually use on the other contestants is to unleash that romance and passion you need, but you have it in abundance. As an actress, you just deliver more and more, and I hope this dance keeps you in, well done, girl!
Natalie: Mariska - that was such a sweet Rumba! You really went for the ‘fluffiness’ of it instead of the passion and heat. I would’ve loved to see you get intense and sexy, but with this dance, you did a very good job! I really liked it!
Tony: The slower the dance, the more emotional you become, Mariska, Valerie is absolutely correct. Unfortunately, the slower the dance, the more obvious the mistakes are. You have a few tonight, and your hips weren't as good as they were last week. You're still a gorgeous dancer, just too many mistakes tonight!
Kendall: Hmm, I can’t call it for this one! Go up to Brittany for some scores, please! B?

Brittany begins talking as Mariska and Tony arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thanks, Kendall! Mariska, how weird was it for such a city girl to dance to romantic country music?
Mariska: Oh, it was such a challenge for people who aren’t used to country music! I’m just glad I made it through the dance in one piece! Haha!
Brittany: It’s not like you would’ve exploded! Hah! Now let’s get your scores.

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

TOTAL: 25/30

Brittany: 25 points! Great scores for you guys! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thanks Brittany! Our next star is the woman who brought her A-Game last week to dance a Cha-Cha that had the judges agreeing that she’s entertaining to watch! Will she hold true to that comment again tonight? It’s Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and her partner Corky Ballas!

In Jan’s video, she is surprised to still be in the competition – but she isn’t complaining! With a country themed Quickstep this week, Jan thinks she has it in the bag… she soon finds out she sometimes can’t keep up with Corky! Regardless, she plans to please!

Voiceover: Dancing the Quickstep, Jan Brewer and her partner, Corky Ballas.

Jan is in a red gown with her hair in an updo; Corky is in a suit. They dance to “Fancy” by Reba McEntire. Once finished, they walk to Kendall.

Kendall: Good job, Jan! I really think you improved! Let’s get the judges’ verdict now. Natalie?
Natalie: Jan, I have to say, I’m so surprised that you’re still here! That just shows how much everyone loves watching you! This dance wasn’t great though. It lacked a bit of ‘quickness’ that the Quickstep obviously needs, and then your arms weren’t very high, which affected your hold. If you’re back next week, which I can’t say is impossible, then please work on that!
Tony: Jan, your ballroom just makes me smile. I saw this Quickstep being a disaster and you proved me wrong! What I love about you is that you don't let harsh comments and low scores get you down. You come back fighting!
Valerie: Jan, I have no idea how you manage to keep up with everyone else, after all, you have one of the fastest dances tonight, but you still managed to make me smile and that's what I love about you. You make me smile, so well done and keep it up.
Kendall: Great comments, you guys! Please head up to Brittany for your scores!

Brittany begins talking as Jan and Corky arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thank you, Kendall! Jan, we’re both from Arizona… do you think you got your country essence this week from being an Arizonan?
Jan: I bet it helped! Arizona’s really a just a bunch of desert and mountains, but really, we love country music! Ha!
Brittany: I know it, Jan! Haha! Let’s get your scores.

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

Valerie Hashburntar: 7
Natalie Sanders: 6

TOTAL: 20/30

Brittany: 20 points! That ties for your highest score! Congrats! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thank you, Brittany! Our next star is the man that ignited the floor and transported us to 80’s Britain with his fierce Tango that scored the first 10 from one of our judges! Can he get some more tonight? Its actor Sasha Mitchell and his partner, Cheryl Burke!

In Sasha’s video, he is excited to dance again after getting a 10 last week from Tony! He laughs when he realizes what song they’ll be doing their country themed Paso Doble to. Cheryl works on Sasha’s lines and cape-work, and she says that this Paso will ‘strike gold’!

Voiceover: Dancing the Paso Doble, Sasha Mitchell and his partner, Cheryl Burke.

Sasha is in a tight white dress shirt with black cape in hands; Cheryl is in a black Paso outfit. They dance to the theme song from Dallas by Jerrold Immel. Once finished, they walk to Kendall.

Kendall: That was one of the best Paso’s I’ve ever seen! Awesome! Let’s get the judges’ reactions. Tony?
Tony: Sasha! What is this?! It's like you're a whole new dancer! Your improvement is mind-blowing! Another perfect dance for me!
Valerie: What can I say other than WOW?! Haha! You gave such a good performance and I can't deny it, but Sasha, you looked sexy on the dance floor tonight! Your cape movements and your chemistry with Cheryl was just electric! Attaboy! Best dance from you so far!
Natalie: Who better to dance to the Dallas theme song than Sasha Mitchell himself? Haha! I thought it was so cool! I really got the feeling that I was in Texas, oddly enough! Sasha, your strongest skill is your ability to play the intensity of each dance just right! Like your Tango last week, this was top-notch!
Kendall: Amazing comments, you guys! Well, please go up to Brittany!

Brittany begins talking as Sasha and Cheryl arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thank you Kendall! Sasha, going into the season, did you ever think that you would’ve danced to the theme from Dallas?
Sasha: Ha! Oddly enough, I was sort of expecting it, I just didn’t know when! I’m just glad they liked it!
Brittany: You know, they really did! Haha! Let’s get your scores.

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

Natalie Sanders: 9
Tony Klespis: 10

TOTAL: 29/30

Brittany: 29 points! Wow! Amazing scores, and your highest yet, Sasha! Congrats! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Our next contestant tonight is the woman who last week danced a Paso Doble that saw one of our judges seeing “dance déja vu”, whatever that is! Haha! Can she show them she’s a contender with her soft side tonight? Its actress Fran Drescher and her partner, Tristan MacManus!

In Fran’s video, she was a little disappointed that her dance got a 7 last week, but still says it’s a great score for a woman in her mid-50’s! This week, Fran must learn to express her elegant side with a country-themed Viennese Waltz. Tristan incorporates many complex steps and spins into this week’s dance. Fran is anxious to see what happens!

Voiceover: Dancing the Viennese Waltz, Fran Drescher and her partner, Tristan MacManus.

Fran is in a mint green floral print gown with sleeves; Tristan is in a suit with green tie. They dance to “Country Roads” by John Denver. Once finished, they walk over to Kendall.

Kendall: I really liked it Fran, and I’m sure a lot of other people did as well! Now, time to get our judges’ take on things. Valerie?
Valerie: Fran, well done, it was a lovely, lovely performance. As for whether it was incredible, I can't say much, but it was a very nice performance. Sometimes, you were a little shaky but you don't have to be with Tristan by your side, you can deliver a great performance and tonight I felt it wasn't as strong as some of your previous dances, but well done.
Natalie: Wow, Fran! Really lovely work this week! You just oozed grace and elegance on the floor, and I’m amazed at how coordinated you were after those spinning sections. I loved the song, loved the outfit, and I absolutely loved the dance! Great job!
Tony: Much better from last week Fran. Your technique was much better, your lines have improved. However, I think the song was a little too fast, and I think you kind of got lost a few times after the spins. Valerie is right, not your best performance, but it wasn't your worst. It was still a beautiful dance.
Kendall: Ah, some mixed reviews for this one! Go on up to Brit for your scores! Brittany, up to you!

Brittany begins talking as Fran and Tony arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thanks Kendall! Fran, how into country music are you?
Fran: Well, I’m more of a disco diva, but occasionally I listen to some Elvis or some Johnny Cash. I don’t hate it! Haha!
Brittany: Well then! Haha! Let’s get your scores.

Will the judges please reveal their scores?

TOTAL: 25/30

Brittany: 25 points! Fran still manages to get 9’s every week! Haha! Good job! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thank you, Brittany! Next up is the man that quickstepped his way back into first place last week after a month of trying to regain the position! Can he stay on top with a country performance this week? Its actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd!

In Joseph’s video, he was glad to finally get back into first place last week! This week, it’s time to get passionate and sexy with the Rumba – two things that petrify Joseph to death! Peta admits he’s a little shy about all of the emotions he has to show, but she also admits the story will probably blow the judges away!

Voiceover: Dancing the Rumba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his partner, Peta Murgatroyd.

Joseph is in a tight black dress shirt; Peta is in a small grey outfit with teased hair. A prop “car” is onstage that Peta hits with a baseball bat in the beginning of the dance. They dance to “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood. Once finished, they walk to Kendall!

Kendall: PETA SMASH! Haha! That was freaking awesome! Let’s see what the judges thought! Natalie?
Natalie: Holy cow, Joe! Now THIS was a Rumba! Mariska’s was the sweet Rumba and yours was the intense, sexy, raunchy Rumba I’ve been dying to see! You didn’t get out of control with the romance and you did awesome with your lines and footwork, even your arm placement! I think it was up there with the best Rumba of the season!
Tony: Well that's it. That's it right there. Natalie said it! The best Rumba of the season! Stunning!
Valerie: Wow! The passion, the intensity, the story - it was all there. I was enticed in, you guys, and I was really disappointed that we have a 90 second limit on these dances because I wanted to see the next chapter unfold. I absolutely loved it you guys, it's a huge well done from me!
Kendall: Awesome comments, you guys! Congratulations! Up to Brittany, please! Brit?

Brittany begins talking as Joseph and Peta arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thank you Kendall! Peta, I wanna talk to you. How much fun was it to bash the hell out of that car on stage?
Peta: First off – it was Joseph’s idea, and I loved it so much! And second off – oh my god! It was tons of fun! I let off tons of steam and it really helped! Haha!
Brittany: It looked so fun, maybe we should have an annual DWTSGame car smash! Haha! Let’s get your scores.

TOTAL: 30/30

Brittany: 30 POINTS! Wow, Joseph and Peta have just earned the first perfect score of the season! So proud of you guys! Back to you, Kendall!

Kendall: Thanks Brittany! Congrats, Joseph! Our last star tonight is the woman that had a slip up last week when an injury and a bad song gave her her second to lowest score of the season! With some healing-up time for her ankle, is she ready to wow us tonight? Its actress Amber Heard and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy!

In Amber’s video, she was so bummed to have gotten less than perfect scores last week – she aims to change that this week, now that her foot isn’t as badly injured. Val choreographs their country Tango around Amber’s injury, despite her requests for harder moves. But still, Amber thinks they will make a comeback this week!

Voiceover: Dancing the Tango, Amber Heard and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.

Amber has her hair in a ponytail and is in a black Tango dress; Val is in a red dress shirt with black vest and bowtie. They dance to “Cowboy Casanova” by Carrie Underwood. Once finished, they walk to Kendall.

Kendall: Wow! An amazing comeback, Amber! Let’s see what the judges thought of it. Tony?
Tony: What! A! Comeback! Ladies and Gentleman, I present Amber Heard: The Comeback Kid! Strong, aggressive, powerful, a knockout of a Tango. I loved it!
Valerie: Oh my god, is this the same Amber Heard who messed up her Viennese Waltz last week? This was freaking incredible. You were such an independent woman on the dancefloor, I was so, so impressed, and Amber, by the end of last week I was worried I wouldn't get to say this, but I can now - best dance of the night, girl!
Natalie: AMBER! I’m so pleased! This was a stellar comeback after your injury and song-mismatch last week! The song was so powerful and you really commanded Val on the floor. You took control and lead us all on one killer ride of a Tango! Great job, I couldn’t be more impressed!
Kendall: Everyone loved it! Please go up to Brittany! Brittany?

Brittany begins talking as Amber and Val arrive to the skybox.

Brittany: Thanks Kendall! Amber, can we have another injury report?
Amber: Oh, yeah! Well, after last week’s dance, I took another day off to rest and after that I was feeling better. It still hurts some, but I think after a week, I think it’ll be good!
Brittany: You’re such a trooper, Amber! Let’s get your scores.
